    • Perform administrative activities such as entering relevant data on professional opportunities, maintaining records of engagement activities, and tracking past events
    • Collaborate internally with program officers and grant managers to equip them to share information with grantees
    • Drive follow-up internally to understand where information sharing has yielded results
    • Prepare materials for conferences and other events where the Foundation will be in attendance
    • Take the initiative to identify new opportunities for efficiency in tracking and measurement of knowledge and information sharing

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 0-2 years of professional experience in an administrative, project assistance, or research role with at least 1 year of experience in data entry
    • Strong connection with, and understanding of the Foundation’s mission
    • Interest in knowledge systems
    • High degree of intellectual curiosity
    • Demonstrated initiative in proactively seeking out information from others
    • Strong attention to detail with a dedication to data quality and accuracy
    • Ability to be highly organized in a fast-paced environment
    • Clear, succinct communication skills in both verbal and written mediums

    Standout Candidates May Also Bring

    • Professional experience in higher education
    • Knowledge of the academic job market
